Vale Hotel&Restaurant Complex - Gyumri

We recently stayed at a hotel with our young children, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. the hotel is conveniently located within an easy walk of the city center, so we were able to explore all the local sites without any trouble. the spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and top-notch service from the friendly staff. And the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially appreciated the lobby area, which had plenty of space for the kids to play and relax.

That the walkway to the hotel was a bit rough and difficult to navigate with the stroller.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was cozy and the room was sparkling clean. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel was in a convenient location near a bus stop and pharmacy.

The hotel was quite noisy and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. I also found some of the decor to be outdated and the wi-fi was slow.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its cleanliness and spacious rooms, with a modern design and soft beds. The hotel facilities included a lobby with a big couch and TV, and we found it very convenient that the location was almost in the center of the city, only a 20-minute walk away. the staff was friendly and hospitable.

We enjoyed delicious food in the restaurant and the Bar/Lounge area was delightful. We also took advantage of the private facilities which were immaculate. the beautiful garden area was perfect for relaxation.

The location was a bit far from the city center, but we found that to be a minor issue with easy access to the bus right outside the hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center and the walk can be difficult after it rains. There is no work desk in the room, which is not ideal for business travelers.
